MEET THE TEAM

We’re bringing together some of our alumni to join us for a fireside chat with Coralie Chaufour, General Manager of EF Paris, Alexandra Boussommier, CEO of ImVitro, Lionel Mora, CEO of Neoplants and Abdelhadi Azzouni, CTO of Packet AI. They built their companies from scratch with EF and will share their experience, from joining us as a sole founders, to leaving as a funded team.

Alexandra Boussommier is the CEO of ImVitro which tackles infertility by increasing in vitro fertilization success rates using Deep Learning algorithms. She is a biomedical engineer and pursued her PhD and Postdoc in top engineering schools in Switzerland, UK and US. Her expertise revolves around in vitro assays, cell culture and organs-on-chips. She has raised more than 300K for her own research, and is a current Marie Curie fellow.

Lionel Mora is the CEO of Neoplants, a startup aiming to design plants of the future. Business background with a product obsession, he spent 4 years as a Product Marketing Manager at Google, launching new categories at scale. He then joined EF to fulfill his entrepreneurial ambition.

Abdelhadi Azzouni is the CTO and co-founder of PacketAI, a startup leveraging AI to automate complex IT operations. Abdelhadi has a MS and PhD in CS from top universities in France and Canada. He specialises in applying ML to large scale networks and has spent 3 years collaborating with companies like Orange, Huawei to build autonomous IT infrastructures, before joining EF’s first Paris cohort.

Coralie Chaufour is the General Manager of EF Paris. Coralie joined the EF team from McKinsey & Company after previously starting her own company and working as a corporate lawyer at Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP, a leading U.S. law firm. Coralie studied at Sciences Po Paris, Wharton and Harvard Law School.

The moderation will be brilliantly led by Gwendolyn Regina, Entrepreneur in Residence at EF, investor and TV host.
