Over 200 Companies Founded
We back those who want to work with cutting edge technologies, which means the companies created through the programme span a number of different industries.

Magic Sandbox
Jord van den Hooff Mislav Stipetic
Magic Sandbox produces world class software engineers at scale. What makes a great developer are the years of navigating and interacting with a diverse stack at a top tech company. Such exposure doesn’t just deepen the understanding of technologies, it enables the engineer to connect the dots, and as a result solve hard problems effectively.
Jord van den Hooff is a full-stack designer. He moved to China aged 19, where he studied Chinese & Design. He spent 10 years building startups, including an e-commerce company. He was also UX Design Director at Razorfish and Publicis. In Europe, he joined BCG Digital Ventures as a Senior PM.
Mislav Stipetic is a full-stack engineer. He studied CS in Zagreb (TA in Computational Theory & Compilation of Programming Languages). He was part of the Core Infrastructure team at Delivery Hero. He then joined the AI Team at Flixbus and recently led the IoT platform at Infarm.

Affable
Nisarg Shah Swayam Narain
Affable is building an end-to-end platform that brings intelligence and automation to influencer marketing. They derive insights about micro influencers and their audience by using cutting edge computer vision algorithms on social media posts. Affable is building the technology that enables one-click influencer marketing at scale, doing to social what Google Adwords did to search.
Nisarg Shah graduated with a silver medal for overall excellence from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). He worked with Goldman Sachs where he spearheaded software automation and big data projects. Nisarg also developed and launched a social learning platform (Graspr) and an AR visualisation platform (Visualive) before founding Affable.
Swayam Narain is an award winning computer scientist who graduated top of his class at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). He was a software engineer at Pivotal Labs where he turned client’s ideas to high quality products. He has expertise in building computer vision pipelines, social media platforms and cloud applications that scale.

Open Cosmos
Rafel Jordá Siquier Han Lai
Open Cosmos provides our customers a development kit and simulator so they can build the technology at their own pace following our standard. When ready, we take care of all the paperwork, integrate it into our nanosatellite alongside other customers and put it into space. This approach allows mass customization, reducing costs from the millions down to a few hundred thousand.
Rafel Jorda̝ Siquier is an aerospace engineer with an MBA and background in both space startups and big industry players such as Airbus D&S. He’s supported by a team of four.
Han Lai is an electronic engineer with 10 years of experience in a China-based supply-chain business producing high tech sensors.

Circuit Mind
Tomide Adesanmi Basilio Gentile
Circuit Mind is using AI to completely automate the design of electronic circuits. Every year £40bn and 1.5bn hours are spent globally in tedious and repetitive circuit board design work. We are building extremely complex artificial intelligence that takes in the requirements for a circuit board and outputs the circuit board final design, ready for manufacture. This means better circuits, designed orders of magnitude faster, at a fraction of the cost.
Tomide Adesanmi is an electronic systems engineer with a Master’s from the University of Leeds. He spent over four years building high integrity AR displays for pilots at BAE Systems. His expertise in complex systems design is central to Circuit Mind’s technology.
Basilio Gentile has two Master’s degrees, including one in Electrical Engineering, and a PhD from ETH Zurich with a focus on mathematical algorithms for complex systems. He declined postdocs at Harvard and Berkeley to start Circuit Mind. His mastery of high-performance algorithms is at the core of Circuit Mind’s solution.
