Dominic Hall

Dominic is a domain expert at the intersection of machine learning and genomics.

At Cambridge, Dominic completed Masters degrees in mathematics and stem cell biology, as well as a PhD in computational genomics. During his PhD, Dominic worked under the supervision of a world-renowned geneticist, focusing on 3D genomics and regulatory networks in mammalian model systems. He has 4 publications across computational genomics including co-development of a python library for geometric deep learning and protein analysis.

Following his PhD, Dominic worked at Relation Therapeutics implementing deep-learning approaches for phenotype prediction and identification of disease targets in cancer cell lines.
