Dr. Jayantika Soni is the Chief Technical Officer and co-founder of Resync. She holds a Ph.D. in Energy and Power from the National University of Singapore.

Her thesis research was specifically focused on the development of the control algorithms for energy and power systems. She has dozens of scientific publications in these fields and was part of Singapore Berkley Building Efficiency and Sustainability in the Tropics (SinBerBEST) project.

After completing her PhD, Dr. Soni joined Entrepreneur First and co-founded RESYNC in 2017. Since then, she has been leading the entire technical team and was responsible for building various Energy Management products with commercial feasibility.
