Mansoor is an engineer who combines his classical music training and background in the live and recording music industry to develop music technology solutions. Coming from a family of world-renowned musicians that goes back 7 generations, he has been trained in sitar since young. Previously, he worked on the ACPAD – described as the world’s first wireless MIDI controller for guitar and received the Gaansaraswati Kishoritai Amonkar Research Fellowship for his research contribution in music technology. He is an alumni of the Georgia Tech centre for music technology and brings experience building machine learning products for several tech startups.
