Mathieu has co-created 2 scale-up support programs in a VC fund and public incubator, operationally and strategically advising 20+ companies. At Google, Mathieu was promoted in less than 5 months, as the #1 performer in Southern Europe, managing up to a US$45M annual revenue portfolio of clients.

Mathieu has also won multiple awards for DEI initiatives, including as “Role Model” for being the youngest ever lead of a Google ERG, managing 20+ people to promote LGBTQ+ inclusion internally (1.5k employees events) & externally (US$50k+ fundraising).
