Moving to a remote-first programme during Coronavirus

To adapt and respond to the evolving Coronavirus situation across the world, we are moving to a remote-first programme.

To adapt and respond to the evolving Coronavirus situation across the world, we’re making changes to how we deliver our programmes globally to prioritise the safety of our cohort members and team.

As a result all Entrepreneur First cohorts are switching to remote-first with immediate effect, globally.

We’re making these changes to ensure responsible behaviour and keep everyone safe, while giving all cohort members the best possible experience and likelihood of success. We already have prior experience from our Singapore cohort, which has been successfully operating remotely for the past few weeks.

We’ve shared what this means with our cohorts in terms of logistics and programme details, including how we will provide the usual team support remotely. We expect these changes to remain in place for all current and forthcoming cohorts until further notice.

We believe the best way for the most impactful and ambitious people to fulfil their potential is to build companies, and this remains true during challenging times.

Last week EF alumni accuRx rolled out video consultations to over half of UK doctors’ surgeries, and already provided Covid-19 pre-screenings to more than 75k patients. And in Singapore, KroniKare are piloting their AI-empowered hardware device to screen for people with fever in crowds.

Applications remain open for our next cohorts, which will continue to support extremely talented people from academia and industry to build the next generation of globally ambitious technology startups from scratch.
