Paris-based deep tech startup Spore.Bio raised a $23M Series A. Spore.Bio is applying machine learning to microbiology testing to limit food contamination incidents in the food and beverage industry. The company recently secured a $23 million Series A round, a little more than a year after it raised an €8 million pre-Seed round off the back of strong customer interest.

Spacetech startup Magdrive secured $10.5M in Seed funding. The round was led by Redalpine and will be used to continue developing their innovative high-thrust electric propulsion systems for all sizes of satellites and spacecraft. Magdrive launched their first mission earlier last year, marking a significant milestone in demonstrating their propulsion technology.

Medical device startup Level Zero Health has closed an oversubscribed $6.9M pre-Seed round. The female-founded startup launched last year and is developing a novel continuous blood monitor for conditions linked to hormone imbalances. The device is a first-of-a-kind and will be able to remotely monitor hormone levels similar to that of continuous glucose monitors.

Nodes & Links raised €11.4M in their Series B to drive an agentic AI revolution in construction projects. Their AI enterprise platform provides instant access to critical project insights, automating complex workflows, and supporting smarter decision-making. The round will be used to expand operations and deliver their proprietary Vertical AI Agents through Europe and the US.

Miist Therapeutics secured $7M in Seed funding for its withdrawal-inhibitor inhaler designed to help users quit smoking. Investors in the round include Refactor Capital, 1517 Fund, and Freeflow Ventures. Miist’s Phase I trial demonstrated their device to be 10X more effective than existing alternatives by eliminating 92% of smokers’ cravings.

WilsonAI raised $1.7M in pre-Seed funding. WilsonAI has developed an AI platform to synthesise legal documents and assist in-house legal teams by automating routine tasks and streamlining operations. Their $1.7M pre-Seed round was led by Nomad Ventures and will be used to enhance the model’s capabilities, expand integrations with existing legal tech stacks, and accelerate customer onboarding across industries.

Agentic Marketing Technologies (AMT), has raised $3.5M in Seed funding led by SF based VC NFX. AMT’s AI agent, Lyra, streamlines influencer marketing by autonomously managing tasks such as booking campaigns, tracking results, and processing payments. The company is relocating to San Francisco and has already secured clients including Le Petit Lunetier, Neoplants, and Wild.

Hanomi has secured a $3M Seed round led by HOF Capital for their AI-powered, production ready 2D drawings compatible with CAD software. The round will be used to build their team and develop their product to help generate accurate drawings 10x cheaper and 20x faster. 

GlobalData has acquired AI Palette, a Singapore-based startup specializing in AI-driven consumer insights for the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Founded in 2018 by Somsubhra GanChoudhuri and Himanshu Upreti, AI Palette’s technology enables real-time identification of emerging consumer trends with contextual understanding, enhancing product development processes.

Expertia AI, a Bengaluru-based recruitment platform, has raised Rs 20 crore ($2.3M) in a pre-Series A funding round led by Rockstud Capital. The funds will be used to enhance product development and expand the technology team. Expertia AI’s agentic platform automates talent discovery, sourcing, screening, assessment, and interviews across more than 35 job platforms, leveraging a distribution network of over 220 million professionals.
