Farmlend are building and operating supply chains for fresh produce buyers and sellers globally.
Current produce supply chains will not be able to handle the 60% growth in European and North American produce imports projected for 2030. Buyers of produce are already looking to build new relationships with a closer and more diversified base of suppliers in anticipation of broken supply chains.
Farmlend provide a procurement solution for fresh produce distributors enabling them to purchase produce from a global network of growers through a fully managed procurement experience.

Abdel Wahab was the cofounder and CTO of Util, where he built state-of-the-art impact & ESG analytics for global asset managers and impact investors. He studied at the American University of Beirut before completing a master’s degree at the University of Oxford in Computer Science.
