Converge raised €19.4M to decarbonize concrete with AI. The funds will be used to rapidly develop and scale their ConcreteDNA platform. This flagship platform integrates AI-powered predictive models and real-time sensors to reduce CO₂ emissions in concrete production. The company’s mission is to help the construction sector build a net-zero future more efficiently. 

VFlowTech raised $20.5M to power India’s clean energy future. The Singapore-based company is considered a deep-tech leader in sustainable long-duration energy storage and a pioneer in hybrid battery systems. The funds will be used to scale manufacturing of its vanadium redox flow batteries, expand into new markets, and enhance its AI-driven energy management platform. 

Chipiron raised a $17M Series A round to develop its portable, ultra-low-field MRI scanner. The funding will be used to build clinical prototypes and initiate hospital trials in 2026, aiming to make MRI more accessible and affordable.

Sensmore raised $7.3M to retrofit industrial vehicles with autonomous AI. Backed by Point Nine, Acequia Capital, and others, the Berlin-based startup uses 4D radar and onboard AI to automate haul trucks and loaders already in use. Funds will support scaling across mining and construction sites.

Freshflow raised €6.5M in funding to optimize the fresh food supply chain with AI, starting with retailers. The round was co-led by World Fund, Capnamic, and Venture Stars. Freshflow’s platform automates daily ordering decisions for fresh produce, leading to waste reductions of around 20% and revenue increases of 2–5%. 

kyron.bio raised €5.5M in funding to advance its glycan-engineering platform for antibody design. Their technology enables precise control over glycosylation, aiming to reduce immune side effects and enhance drug efficacy. The funding round was led by HCVC and will be used to accelerate their platform development, expand the team, and fuel preclinical studies.

Arda Biomaterials raised an oversubscribed $5.25M round to scale its beer waste–based leather alternative, New Grain™. The round was led by Oyster Bay Venture Capital. Funds will support expansion into a larger facility and transition to continuous roll-to-roll production. 

CodeAnt AI raised $2M in Seed funding to automate code reviews. They integrate with major platforms such as GitHub, providing real-time feedback and one-click fixes for code quality and security issues. Their solution helps engineering teams reduce manual code review time and bugs by over 50%.

Contineu raised $1.2M in Seed funding to automate construction site data capture. Led by SenseAI Ventures, the round will support the development of Contineu’s AI-powered platform that uses helmet-mounted 360° cameras and 3D computer vision to streamline quality monitoring and compliance checks.

Qflow has been honoured with the King’s Award for Innovation, the UK’s most prestigious recognition for pioneering excellence in business. Founded in 2018, Qflow (Qualis Flow) is solving one of the construction industry’s most pressing blind spots; real-time visibility into materials and waste on live projects. 

byways was acquired by EPG, a global leader in supply chain execution software. Their SaaS platform enables real-time collaboration between warehouses, carriers, and suppliers — streamlining truck scheduling, optimizing yard operations, and bringing structure to one of logistics’ most overlooked processes.

ThinkSono, a London-based pioneering ultrasound AI company, has secured an additional £4.5M in a second oversubscribed Seed round led by id4 ventures. The funds will expand teams in the UK, EU, and U.S., drive multi-centre clinical trials, and advance the push for FDA clearance. This brings total funding to £9.6M, building on prior momentum including CE Class IIb approval and strong clinical results.

Digger has secured $3.6M in Seed funding led by Initialized Capital. The startup is building Infrabase, an AI-native infrastructure agent that automates Terraform-based DevOps workflows. Its platform reduces manual config work, flags risks in pull requests, and improves deployment reliability. The funds will support product development and team growth as Digger scales operations from London and San Francisco. 

Repello AI, based in San Francisco and Bengaluru, has secured $1.2M in Seed funding. The round was led by Venture Highway, with participation from pi Ventures. Repello builds AI-native security tools to defend models against prompt injection, jailbreaks, and other threats. Its products include ARTEMIS, an automated red-teaming engine, and Repello Guard, a runtime defense system. The funds will support product development and go-to-market expansion.

Ochre Bio was featured on Bloomberg’s 2025 European Startups To Watch. The company develops RNA-based therapies for under-treated chronic liver diseases. Its discovery platform combines machine learning, genomic phenotyping, RNA chemistry, and perfused human-donor livers, enabling rapid identification of novel therapeutic targets.

Syndi Health, an AI-powered health assessment startup, has been acquired by HealthKey, a London-based healthcare marketplace. The acquisition integrates Syndi’s clinically validated recommendation engine into HealthKey’s platform. Syndi Health’s CEO Ben Lakey joins HealthKey as Director of Operations. The combined solution will guide both employers and users toward tailored preventative health services.
