Rob has a PhD in insurance mathematics. He previously worked at McKinsey, helping insurance companies with a broad range of topics from IT infrastructure to advanced analytics in distribution. Rob has also coached and led ultimate frisbee teams, with multiple European championships under his belt as well as three silver medals at world championships.

Vincent was an early employee of N26, helping the company grow from its earliest stages. He brings a deep understanding of customer experience and how to drive growth in very early stage companies.
