Hiring staff is the biggest challenge for many of the 2M+ hospitality businesses in Europe. Covid and Brexit brought the usual oversupply of candidates to a halt, making traditional job boards unable to meet employers’ needs, and agencies more expensive than ever. As a consequence, employers are spending large amounts of time sourcing candidates manually.
Hirebolt’s tech eliminates this low-value work for employers. It finds actively-looking candidates, vets them and automatically matches them to the best employers using AI. Scheduling interviews and extending offers to candidates becomes a quick but effective process, and employers get the time back to focus on their businesses.

Alex holds a Master’s from Imperial College Business School in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management. Prior to Hirebolt, Alex cofounded Revenir, a YC-backed startup in the tourism space.
Lorenzo Sani
CTO
Lorenzo holds a degree in Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London. He started a Master’s at Imperial College London in Neurotechnology but decided to drop out to found a company.
