Permutive

Company Summary
Permutive is a privacy-first audience platform that helps publishers unlock their full data potential. It delivers real-time insights, optimizes ad campaigns dynamically, and strengthens advertiser relationships—without using cookies. The platform processes on-device data, giving publishers control over their audience monetization.
The Problem
Publishers struggle to monetize their audiences in a privacy-conscious world. Third-party cookies are outdated, regulators are increasing scrutiny, and publishers are losing revenue and control over how audience data is used.
The Solution
Permutive uses patented edge computing to process first-party data directly on user devices. Publishers can curate audiences, activate campaigns in real time, and analyze performance—all while preserving privacy.
Funding
In November 2021, Permutive raised $75M in a Series C led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2. This brought their total funding to $105M, backed by EQT Ventures and Octopus Ventures.
