Ashley Boyce

Ashley is an interview advisor with Entrepreneur First Toronto. She is a driven consumer marketing expert with a passion for growing business through innovation and purposeful storytelling. Ashley has extensive experience launching highly successful new brands and new categories on some of Unilever’s largest beauty and personal care brands, including AXE and Dove. She has created repeatable launch models that have been deployed across the world, which she is currently extending to the healthcare technology world as her role as consumer marketing lead at PocketHealth, a healthcare technology start up. Ashley is not afraid to launch, learn, optimize and repeat.

She believes that people come first above all else, but that a healthy dose of drive is instrumental in great entrepreneurs. Her interactions with EF candidates are often some of the best of her week.
